Development of managerial competences
It is very important to develop our own leadership skills, because is highly important in business to interact and try to purpose the people to do their best on the job. You have to build teams that you inspire and make the other achieve goals.
Actual Successful companies
Thanks to the pandemic many companies have been forced to close, but there are other companies that are currently having great success, which led me to talk about this topic, for example:
Amazon is currently one of the biggest companies, and it’s success largely stems from its innovative technologies and practices, many of which were championed by its CEO, Jeff Bezos, another reason of it’s success can be a great execution of the customers order, etc.
Apple is also one of the biggest on the industry and the main razón of it's success is because products have to be easy to use, while industrial design is a critical component of any product Apple makes, if it is not easy to use, it is considered worthless to the consumer.
What is Administration?
Administration is de process of control the use resources and work activities in order to achieve de goals and objectives of the organization efficiently and effectively.
Which is the difference between effective and efficient?
Efficient: achieving maximum productivity with minimum wasted effort or expense.
Effective: something that is able to achieve a desired outcome or end result.
In short words being effective is about doing the right things, while being efficient is about doing things right.
